Qigong is an ancient practice of fluid, low-impact movements to benefit physical and emotional functioning. Studies suggest Qigong may improve balance, heart health, bone density, perceived quality of life, and reduce inflammation. No special clothing, athletic ability or equipment is needed. It is NOT a religious practice or difficult. All are welcome.
